Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Square League mobile application (the "App"), published on Google Play by Square League and on the Apple App Store by Hua Toan Phong ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
2. Free features and limits
- Play tickets. Starting a match (Play or Rec) uses one ticket. Free users have up to 15 tickets; one ticket is restored every 20 minutes. Stopping a match within 10 seconds refunds the ticket.
- Rewarded ads. Where available, you may watch a rewarded ad to receive extra tickets, record one match, remove the watermark for 3 matches, unlock a locked item, add 2 map save slots, or pause interstitial ads for 30 minutes. Rewards are granted only when the ad is watched to the end.
- Map slots. Free users can save 5 maps and extend this with rewarded ads.
- Watermark. Matches played or recorded by free users show a "Made With Square League" watermark and a short end card.
Limits, rewards and locked items may change over time. Items unlocked by watching ads stay unlocked on that device.
3. VIP subscription
The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called VIP.

Prices are shown in your local currency in the App and may vary by country and by taxes. The exact price is always displayed by Google Play or the App Store before you confirm.
- Benefits. Unlimited plays and recordings, Full HD recording, no watermark or end card, all characters, weapons, mechanics, walls and floors unlocked, no app-open or interstitial ads, and unlimited saved maps. Benefits apply while the subscription is active and are tied to your Google Play or Apple account.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
- Free trial. The 3-day free trial on VIP Yearly is available once per account to users who have not subscribed before. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged the yearly price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings (Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, or iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are given for the remaining time.
- Refunds. Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- Restore. If you reinstall the App or change devices, use Restore Purchases on the VIP page to re-activate an existing subscription.
- Price changes. If we change subscription prices, the store will notify you in advance and the new price applies only to renewals after you have been notified, in accordance with store rules.
For iOS users, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
4. Your content and videos
Maps you build and videos you record with the App belong to you. You may publish, share and monetise your videos on any platform (for example YouTube or TikTok). The App's characters, artwork, sounds and code remain our property or that of our licensors. If a video was made with free features, you agree not to remove or obscure the watermark and end card except through the App's own features (rewarded ad or VIP).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the App; bypass tickets, locks, ads or purchases; use automated tools, emulators or modified clients to abuse rewards; interfere with the ad or payment services; or use the App in violation of any law or the policies of Google Play or the App Store.
6. Third-party services
The App uses Google AdMob for advertising and Unity In-App Purchasing together with Google Play Billing or Apple's App Store for subscriptions. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. Ads are provided by third parties; we do not endorse advertised products.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features of the App at any time. Some features require an internet connection. We are not responsible for failures caused by your device, network or the app stores.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
